United Uranium Corp. (TSXV:UUC) announced that it has entered into an amalgation agreement effective February 1, 2013 among itself and its wholly owned subsidiaries which will merge Karoo Exploration Corp. with 0954046 B.C. Ltd. or Subco, with the former being the surviving entity.
