Target Exploration & Mining

Overview

Target recently combined businesses with Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. creating a well-funded, low-cost, growth-oriented, uranium company with a defined timeline to production in one of the most uranium mining friendly jurisdictions in North America.

The new company, under the name Crosshair, is a junior exploration and development company focused on uranium in both the US and in Canada. The Company also continues to advance its gold and Volcanic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) projects in Newfoundland.

Crosshair also controls 7133 claims (178,325 hectares) in the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) of Labrador, where the company has already successfully drilled several uranium targets demonstrating the multi-deposit potential of the Property. The CMB Project also includes several existing NI 43-101 uranium resources that are open for expansion.

Crosshair currently trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CXX:TSX) and the American Stock Exchange (CXZ:AMEX).
