USEC accepts $45 million from DOE in new deal

Chillicothegazette reports USEC has accepted $45 miilion new deal with the Energy Department.

Under the agreement, USEC will transfer authority over uranium materials to the Department of Energy, and the government will match at least $45 million in demonstration and technical activities at the plant.
