Western Uranium Corporation Appoints New Director

Western Uranium Corporation reports that Colin Macdonald has been appointed a director of the Company effective December 14, 2009.
Mr. Macdonald has been with Cameco Corporation (“Cameco“) and predecessor companies since 1981. A geologist by training, he obtained bachelors and masters degrees in geological sciences at Queen’s University and University of Saskatchewan. Colin has held numerous positions in scientific, operational, and management roles while pursuing uranium and gold exploration in North America and internationally. He also served for a period as corporate strategic planner for Cameco. Colin is currently Vice-president, Exploration at Cameco, and is responsible for the company’s worldwide uranium exploration activities.
