Uranium Market News
Post by Melissa Pistilli, Uranium Reporter

The Australian reports uranium & oil will ride a new high in the world markets.

The bank also says uranium will benefit from Copenhagen. More nuclear plants will be built in the fight to reduce carbon emissions (except in Australia, of course).

The details of this were spelled out in the online updates to Pure Speculation during the week, but the bank sees uranium prices at double their present levels by next year, and then going through $US140 a pound.

There is a fly in the ointment for projects here: the low uranium price exacerbated by the soaring Aussie dollar.
