Homeland Uranium Inc. Reprices Options

Homeland Uranium Inc., reports that it has re-priced options to purchase 2,005,000 common shares expiring on May 7, 2012 from $0.50 to $0.25.
These options are held by directors, officers and employees of the Company. The Company also announced that it has re-priced options to purchase 2,085,000 common shares expiring on March 6, 2013 from $0.80 to $0.25. These options are held by directors, officers and employees of the Company.
The Company further announced that it has re-priced options to purchase 100,000 common shares expiring on November 21, 2013 from $0.80 to $0.25. These options are held by employees of the Company.
The re-pricing has been approved by the Compensation Committee of the Company.
