‘Canada to sign nuclear deal with India soon’

The Hindu Business line reports a nuclear deal will be signed by India and Canada in the near future.

“We are very close to having an agreement with India related to the civilian use of nuclear energy for the purpose of helping them meet their energy needs,” Mr Day said.

“I don’t like to put an hour or a day on it, but these are fairly complicated agreements and we’re just about there,” Mr Day said adding there’s just a few items left.
