Post by Melissa Pistilli, Uranium Reporter
Fission Energy reports corporate development and an update of ongoing and planned exploration activities at the Waterbury Lake project, Athabasca Basin.
In response to the current financial credit crisis and stock market correction, Fission has undertaken a series of coordinated initiatives to reduce costs, yet remain focused on the Company’s most valuable exploration asset, which has the potential to generate substantial shareholder value.
Dev Randhawa, CEO of Fission comments:
Although this is the most challenging period I have witnessed at any time in the past 20 years, Fission’s experienced team has quickly responded with the necessary adjustments shareholders are demanding, which in turn has allowed Company President and Chief Geologist Ross McElroy to effectively prepare for the important next phase of exploration at Waterbury Lake.”
